* We don’t take responsibility for damages or losses. However, we’ll pack your order firm and securely to give it a fighting chance in the hands of the DHL brutes. When an order goes missing or arrives damaged, we can assist with making a claim at DHL (we can only do this if we receive your request within one month of shipping).
